About this work
An addition has to look like it was always part of the house. That comes down to the framing: tying new walls and rooflines into an old structure so it stays square, sheds water and gets weathered in fast.
Second levels on one-story homes, room additions, in-law suites and dormers. One customer hired us to finish an addition that had stalled at the roof framing; we worked out the missing details and got the house closed in.
When a job needs blueprints drafted, Christian brings in the partners he works with, so you are not chasing three people on your own.
We do this work in Franklin, Wrentham, Norfolk, Medway, Bellingham, Millis and the towns around them. Full service area.
